Special Instructions

1.
Steep Caramunich for 30 minutes. Target temperature is 170 F.
2.
Remove malts. Bring water to boil. Add DME and return to boil.
3.
Add Northern Brewer.
4.
At the 45 minute mark put copper cooler and Whirlfloc in wort.
5.
At the 55 minute mark add the Citra hops.
6.
Cool the wort. Put in fermenter. Add yeast. Aerate. Wait three weeks.
