Went with magnum for bittering, centennial and citra. Scaled down the grain bill to 10 lbs 2 row for less volume in m and b. Hit my numbers and ended up with about 4.8G7/11 kegged at 48F. Was cloudy. Didn’t fine. Will fine in keg7/13 beer is clearing up!! Still needs conditioning

See hand written notes. Used more strike and sparge water. First brew with cereal killer, got much better efficiency. Had to add about .5 gallon water to reduce gravity from 1.070 to 1.060. *** not using enough sparge water. M&B instructions produce about 5-5.5g pre-boil, this recipe rated for 7g pre-boil!!!! Need to adjust accordingly. Used Amarillo instead of citra. Will dry hop both cascade and Amarillo 5.2 gallons into fermenter 5/31 dry hopped ~1.7 oz cascade/Amarillo 6/4 FG 1.011. ...
