Notes:

Found one of these in the back of the fridge 2 years later and still is the best IPA I have made. As soon as I cracked it open I could smell the tropical fruit aroma and it still tasted fresh. I have to brew another batch of this

Notes:

Very smooth and pours with thick, frothy head. Has a medium dark color appropriate for a traditional IPA. Aroma is tropical with grapefruit, peach, and pineapple all present. The initial mild bitterness is accompanied by a hint of espresso flavor likely imparted by the moderate dose of 60L. This mild bitterness is followed by a bouquet of tropical fruit flavors (pineapple, papaya, peach, apricot). Definitely my best IPA so far. If I were to brew again, I'd remove the hint of bitter coffee flavor in order to let the hops come through a bit more by swapping out the 60L with equal amount of 20L and leave everything else as is.

Notes:

tastes while kegging. mild bitterness appropriate for an IPA. hints of nectarines, apricot and peaches. aroma is somewhat tropical with mild pineapple and peach notes. shaping up to be my best ipa.
