Special Instructions

1.
Steep specialty grains in 2,25 lit of water @ 68?C for 40 mins.
2.
Boil wort w. dry and liquid malt extracts for 60 mins and add hops according to schedule.
3.
Stir in honey w. five mins left of the boil.
4.
Strain into fermentor and top up cold water to 15 lit. Pitch yeast when below 25?C.
5.
Add split vanilla bean and grounded dry spices to secondary.
6.
Prime w. 65 gr (4.43 gr/lit) of table sugar for a 1.9 CO2 saturation.
