10.8 cups of water to 162 degrees. Mash in and hold temperature at 150f for 90 minutes

Sparge out 1 gallon of water at 170 f

Rolling boil for 60 minutes with hop additions as noted

Add Light DME if necessary to boil if OG is low..water if high.
