All Grain Irish Red Ale homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Pale Ale - US, Flaked Corn - US, Roasted Barley - US, East Kent Goldings Hops, Danstar Windsor Homebrew Yeast.
Initially thought this beer was too dark, but cracking one outside revealed it to be fairly spot on. Flavor is really nice. Nice aroma and Light toasty/toffee-ish flavor. Mouthfeel is medium. Feels like switching from carbon filtered water to campden treated tap water has made a noticeable difference in the quality of the brew. Definitely a keeper, although may need to figure out how to dry it out some more, with 1.020 finishing gravity.
