Special Instructions

  1. Use 4.5 gallons carbon filtered water, adjust with 4 grams gypsum
  2. Batch Sparge: 60 minutes at 149F, Vorlauf until clear add to Kettle.
  3. Collect 6.6 gallons, sparging with 183F water
  4. Boil for 75 minutes, hop per ingrediates
  5. Whirlpool and allow to settle for 15 minutes
  6. Chill wort to pitching temperatures
  7. Add and Aerate wort to Primary and Pitch Yeast
  8. Dry hop 1 week into fermentation, Dry hop for 1 week
  9. Rack, crash cool, and cold age for a week
  10. Bottle or Keg
