Notes:

Cold crash starting 2/19. Final BRIX 5.0, so estimated FG 1.0069 and 5.6% ABV. Blonde/straw in color. Yeast character is present, but the stand-out flavor is the white wine and honey.

Notes:

Brewed 1/26. BRIX 13, OG 1.056 with 4.9 gal yield. Set combination of trub & equipment loss at .75 gal, which is too low. Increase by at least .5 gal going forward. LP tank was low, so at least 1/2 of boil time was not vigorous. Water profile aim was Ca 52, Cl 20, Mg 17, Na 35, SO4 107, but leaned toward balanced rather than bitter on SO/Cl ratio.

KyleYanceyGo heavier on the hops (small whirlpool and/or DH charge maybe) to get more character. Otherwise solid. Flavor evolved from white wine / grape to bubblegum as the beer aged.
