First attempt at a NEIPA. I really enjoy a good juice bomb, but also like a good old fashion IPA. Aiming somewhere between the two. Brewing a smaller batch than usual. Also, going to BIAB instead of using my system. It’s cold out. And I have a gas stove. I was hoping to get a WL001 for this, or a London Ale, but unless my brew shop stocks it today, I’ll be using US-05
