Special Instructions

  1. Add apricot puree after high krausen- 3 days in
  2. bottle with 4 oz corn sugar
  3. Bottle condition 4 weeks minimum
  4. Pour two beers, and share with a loved one
  5. I mean drink both to your head
  6. Now pour another glass for that special someone
  7. And drink that glass to your head
  8. Call that special someone and tell them you ran out of beer
  9. Apricot extract is from Olivenation
  10. Mash at 155
  11. 4 oz Orange blossom honey at flameout
  12. Start wort chiller immediately after honey infuse
