Special Instructions

  1. Add apricot puree after high krausen- 3 days in
  2. Pour another beer
  3. ferment 2 weeks at 68 degrees
  4. bottle with 5 oz corn sugar
  5. Bottle condition 4 weeks minimum
  6. Pour two beers, and share with a loved one
  7. I mean drink both to your head
  8. Now pour another glass for that special someone
  9. And drink that glass to your head
  10. Call that special someone and tell them you ran out of beer
