  1. 1.5 oz of Sea Salt during boil
  2. Lacto for 2 days
  3. Add yeast and ferment 1 week
  4. Transfer to secondary onto crushed cranberries
  5. After 2 weeks on cranberries, add champagne yeast to dry it out
