Special Instructions

  1. chill to 10C before pitching yeast
  2. ferment at 10C for two weeks
  3. lager at 3-4C for 3 weeks drop to -2 if possible for a week
  4. bottle and let sit at about 4C for at least two weeks
  5. Mash at 65-67 for one hour
  6. whirl floc and yeast nutrient with 15 min left
  7. water adjustments: calcium chloride
