Mash Steps

No Mash Steps in this Recipe

Special Instructions

  1. Steep Grains 150 25min
  2. Bring 60min boil add 60min .25oz Citra Hops
  3. 25min boil add .25oz Citra Hops
  4. Boil 6oz Blue Berries w/ water just to cover the BB
  5. 5min add 6oz Blue Berries
  6. 0min Flameout add 1oz Citra Hops
  7. Chilled in ice bath to 100°
  8. Add to FV added .5 Gallon cool water to get to 2 Gallons
  9. Rest at room temp 70° 2 Hours
  10. Pitch Yeast
  11. 6 Days move to 2nd Fermentation for 1 week
  12. Rack and strain into bottling bucket
  13. Bottle
