Beer recipe inspired by the Brazilian city of Belém. Belém is also our local tall ship that used to carry cocoa from Belém to France. Sweet Stout with the addition in secondary of orange peel, and cocoa nibs soaked in cachaça.

Notes:

Sweet stout with light chocolate bitterness and taste. Orange flavour was overwhelming at bottling and is finally very light in the final product. I will use more "citrussy" hops next time instead of orange peel.
