Brewed a 10 gallon batch. Did two separate mashes. First mash temp was 148F. Second mash temp was 150F. Pre-boil gravity was low (1.036). Starting volume was 12 gallons. Should have been 13, but gravity was already very low. Did the 60min hops early to avoid boil-over. Added 1oz of grapefruit zest and some juice at 20min. Final volume was a bit under 11 gallons.
