Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 69/70*C to begin - for 100mins - allow it to drop to 65*C. Quite thick mash: 2.8l/kg = 11l mash volume.
2.
This mash should give full bodied beer as needed for a quite small beer.
3.
Flame Out Hops; as soon as added cool to 80*C asap then stop cooling and hold for 20mins, then cool to 20*C.
