Special Instructions

  1. cool and pitch S-33 yeast and T-58 yeast
  2. Add one can cherry puree 3 pounds after high krausen
  3. Soak cacao nibs in bourbon one week
  4. Add drunken nibs after primary fermentation
  5. Ferment 3 weeks total
  6. Bottle with 5 oz corn sugar
  7. Bottle condition 3 more weeks
  8. Cherry Bomb use cherry only. Dubbel D use chocolate &cherry
  9. US-05 yeast in hot months instead of S-33
