boil 60 min, follow hop schedule

wirfloc tablet at 10 min

chill to 70F, aerate and pitch yeast
7.
Ferment 1 week and transfer to secondary for 2 weeks
8.
Add dry hops during last 7 days
9.
Rack to keg. 12psi: Set it and forget it
