Special Instructions

1.
Boil for 60 min
2.
Add dried malt extract and maple syrup.
3.
Steep cherries in 2 liters of FIRST wort for 30 min. Strain out cherries and add this wort at end of boil.
4.
Add oxygen and pitch Wyeast Irish Ale 1084
5.
Ferment @ 18 C for 1 week. Add spices and give it another week or two
6.
Prime with sugar – 6 g/l
