We are doing a night session for brewing! Our first batch (Troop IPA) turned out amazing so we are getting right back to it. We are hoping this beer is great for our family who loves simple and light beers. Here goes nothing.....

Special Instructions

1.
Mash grains with full volume of water at 152 for 60 minutes And recirculate after vorlauf.
2.
At end of 60 min, raise temp to 170 and recirculate for 10 min at 170.
3.
Drain any remaining wort from mash tun To kettle and start boil.
4.
Once at boil and foam has subsided, at 1oz of Cluster at 60 min.
