Propane start: 32.3 Propane end: 28.6Filter bags remaining after this session: 0.Water: Lactic - 0 ml in mash; .4 ml in sparge. Ph of 5.37 using sulfate 63 ppm to chloride 65 ppm. I used Victory as Roast malt in water sheet which lowers Ph, but it may just be a crystal which give 5.43 ish.
