Special Instructions

whirlpool and 20 min hop stand

yeast starter

ferment 10 days then add dry hops and leave for 4 days
4.
Irish moss and yeast nutrient with 15 min
5.
ferment at 18C for 4 days then raise to 20C
6.
mash for 75 min 65C (possibly 90 minutes) mash thick
7.
Mash for 45 min at 63-65 at 45 min add a gallon of 67 C water
8.
Chloride addition 1 g mash and 1 g sparge (1/4 tsp)
