All solids were removed when beer was racked to secondary. *(An additional 1/2lbs of honey was added into secondary to add more flavor), Yeast: Safale US-05 Ale Yeast. Optimum temp: 15°C-24° F OG =1.05 FG = 1.012 Steep the tea bags in water overnight and then add the "tea", chopped ginger, and orange peel to the last 5 min of boil
