Notes:

Transferred 5 gal to secondary 10/14 - Final BRIX 10.8 - Estimated 10.5% ABV. Put remaining volume in a bomber and set back to bottle condition.

Notes:

Brewed 9/30 - OG 1.098, BRIX 23.3 with 5.4 gal yield - Primary fermentation taking place in a chamber set at 67* - Eric eyeballed the honey amount rather than measuring. We also crushed a box of ginger snap cookies and 1/2 of a box of graham crackers and put them all in the mash to get more cookie flavor into this beer.
