Special Instructions

1.
Mash grains at 156 deg F for 60 minutes using 8 gallons. Test with iodine
2.
Mash out at 168 deg for 10 minutes
3.
Pull bag and drain into pot.
4.
Boil for 70 minutes. Pull sample and test BG
5.
Cool to 68 degrees
6.
Transfer to fermenter and aerate.
7.
Pitch yeast and seal
