Notes:

Kegged 9/10 - BRIX 6.5, FG 1.01 - 6.1% ABV with no correction for apples - Probably 6.5% with apples

Notes:

Chopped ~8 lbs of apples (50/50 Granny Smith and Honey Crisp), froze, then baked with a mix of water, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Apples added to primary after cooled on 9/6 (5 days into fermentation) after air-lock activity ended.
