Everything went fine. Chiller only chilled to 89F. Finished chilling to 70 in fridge. Post boil hydrometer sample was super bitter (could've been hop sediment?). 8 gallons pre-boil volume is perfect for 60 min boils, 5.5 gallons final volume. Set a batch size of 6 gal (.5 more), and boil size of 7gal.
