First taste after 6 weeks of maturing in bottles. Some nutty notes, some lingering sweetness. Not as much kick from the hops that I was shooting for. Some undefined not 100% pleasant notes in the veeeeery long after taste. This is while tasting it very cold @4 centigrades . I will try again after it has reached a slightly higher temperature
