Special Instructions

1.
Take the first 2.5 litres of the runnings and boil it down to about 0.65 litres. Add this to the boil.

Ferment for 3-5 weeks until FG reached, then transfer to secondary.

Boil 30g of medium toasted american oak spiral for 10 minutes.
4.
Add the boiled oak spiral and let it sit for 12 days.
5.
boil 1 dl sugar with 2 dl water, cool to 30 degree, add to secondary
6.
Bottle, let mature minimum 3 weeks
