My first all grain. Going to try and do a reduced batch with the BIAB method. Not a traditional Altbeir, actually closer stylistically to an American Wheat. Looking for a pale beer, featuring fruit and herb notes on both the nose and palate, with hop balance, and foamy white head.

Notes:

Moved to secondary 8/10. Got the green to flock out, but nothing else. Cloudiest beer I've ever brewed. Got the raw-nuts on the nose and palate, along with a taste of dried apricots and wheat. Good hop balance and almost completely dry - MAYBE a slight touch of sweetness to blend in with the wheatiness. I've GOT to change the name - this is NOT any CLOSE to an altbier.
