  3. Heat to 170F/77C and rest 15 minutes.

  5. Rest 48 hours at 60F/16C
  6. rack onto enough priming sugar to achieve 2.5 volumes of CO2 in a sealed keg
  7. est at 48F/9C for two to three weeks before counter-pressure bottling
  8. Lager at 33F/1C for 30 days
