Notes:

Came out as expected and I like it. Original recipe has a bit less hops, but we threw in the extra .25s at 15. I like the extra aroma from that, but I like less bitter so would cut down on early hops in the future as a personal taste thing. Tastes like a porter rather than a stout, with no roasted malts.
