Dark invert cane substitution - Extra Dark Belgian Candi Syrup.

Caramel/crystal - Fawcett.

Chocolate wheat - Weyermann. Powder in coffee grinder, sprinkle over mash, then sparge.

Yeast - Wyeast 1469.

At beginning of fermentation, chill to 64. After fermentation, rack to secondary and age 4 months to 1 year.
