Special Instructions

  1. All grains into bag, goes into 1 gallon water at 160, off heat and let steep for 30 minutes
  2. reserve liquid, sparge with another gallon at 150
  3. All liquid into brewpot, Bring to boil then add everything else but Kent Goldings. Boil for 45
  4. Add Kent Goldings then boil for 15 more
