Third time playing with this recipe. 1st time ended up with delicious Black IPA. 2nd time, scrummy Liquorice Stout. Now trying to recreate the Black IPA with some of the Stout ingredients mixed in. So back in comes Nottingham yeast instead of US04 and large liquorice root pieces instead of very fine gratings. Let's see how it goes!
