Special Instructions

Make 2qt. Yeast starter (1pk yeast,) 2 days prior to pitching

Chill wort to 68F

Remove 1 qt. of liquid from starter, pitch active slurry

aerate 60 minutes with aquarium pump
5.
Ferment @ 68 for first 2/3 fermentation
6.
Raise fermentation temp to 72F for remainder of fermentation
