* Started Heating 7 gal @ 10:50. * Preheated 1 gal to near boil, preheated mash tun for 15 min.* 160°F @ 12:08 transfer to mash tun. * 148°F Mash temp @ 12:19.* 5 gal sparge in HLT @12:30.* 146°F Mash temp @13:14. Add 1/2 gal @ 212°F* Vorlauff, and run off 1 gal (approx) to kettle, raise to 160°F. Re-add to mash. * 4.5 gal 1st runnings. * Sparge water @ 176°F @14:45* 150° out (wtf is this note?)* Fire lit 15:45pm
