  1. Boil filtered water night before, let it sit for 30 mins, then decant top 11 L and leave overnight to off-gas
  2. Strike grains with 10.5 L of water at 72.5 C
  3. Mash at 67 C for 60 min
  4. Sparge with 16 L at 80 C
