Special Instructions

  1. Add 2.5 g Gypsum and 7g Calcium Chloride
  2. Add rice hulls to mash
  3. Single infusion mash for 1 hour at 150-152
  4. Boil for 60 minutes, following the hops schedule.
  5. Drop temp to 180 whirlpool hops and let them steep for 30 minutes
