Added 6 cups water to 3 cups of Kamut at 145-150F and added 1/3 of Alpha Amylase packet for 30 mins

Temp up to 185-195F and added 2/3 of Alpha Amylase packet for 60 mins
4.
Sparge with 3.5 Quarts water (195F)
5.
@60 Boil and add Light Malt Extract; Steep milled CaraPils for 20 minutes
