Special Instructions

1.
Dough in at 104, rest for 15 mins
2.
Raise to 122, rest for 15 mins
3.
Decoction - Take 3.25 quarts of mash and slowly raise to 152 in separate vessel for 5 minutes
4.
Then boil decoction in separate vessel for 5 mins
5.
Gradually add boiled decoction back to mash tun until 152
6.
Saccharification Rest for 45 mins at 152
7.
If there is still decoction left over, add cold water to bring down to 152
8.
Mash out at 168 and sparge at 168
9.
use 1/2 packet of yeast for 1 gallon batch
