Special Instructions
1.Boil 25,23 lts to 65 degs C
2.Place Crystal Malt in bag in water and let it steep for 30 mins
3.Remove bag and let it drain
4.Gradually add DME, stirring so that there are no lumps
5.Bring to boil. Set timer for 60mins
6.Immediately add 57g Fuggles hops
7.At 15 mins to go add 14g East Kent Goldings
8.At 15 mins to go add chiller to wort
9.At 10 mins to go add 1 tsp Irish Moss
10.At 5 mins to go add 7g East Kent Goldings and 7g Fuggles.
11.When timer reaches zero swicth off heat
12.Add 340g Golden Syrup
13.Cool wort to 22 degs C
14.Add wort to fermenting bucket, and then add yeast
