Brewed on 5/21/15. Mashed at 151.7 end temp 149. Every 20 min set temp to 170 but opened door for a moment. Biab broke. Lost about 1 cup or 2 of wort trying to strain grains in another bag. Magnum hops added 20 min later (should be 60 min, same amount) goldings added with less amount with time set 20 min back. 1.067 og 16.3 brix 2.5 gallon in primary 5/23/17. 1.9 g bottling. 9.5 brix 1.02 fg. 2.1 volume 1.27 oz priming sugar. Racking cane broke, seemed like it was oxidizing wort as it transfered.
