Special Instructions

Mash for 60 minutes at 66 deg C

Bring to the boil and boil for 60 minutes

Add 19.55g Southern Passion at 60 minutes

At 15 mins to go add wort chiller and 1 tsp Irish Moss
5.
At 10 mins to go add 16.1g Southern Passion
6.
At 60 minutes turn off heat and cool to 22 degs.
7.
Add to fermenter and add yeast
