Notes:

First taste, a little early. Not quite carbed all the way, but still pretty good! Good grapefruit flavor. I added a little too much water after boil to about 5.3gal. It cut my ABV down to 5.0%. Will give it another week or 2 to bottle condition and try it again. Will definitely make this again with some minor tweaks.
