Special Instructions

1.
Mash and Sparge as normal
2.
boil for 15 minutes, ensure kettle lid is sanitary
3.
cool to 43'C and pitch L. brevis into kettle
4.
Wrap kettle with heat wraps and blankets in warm room for up to 3 days
5.
check pH until it gets to 3.5 - 3.6
6.
Boil for a full 60 minutes adding hops as normal
