Notes:

This gets better with age. After a couple more weeks in the bottle it is smoother and a more distinct hop flavor. This is worth doing for a summer Ale

Notes:

Good clean, rather dry taste. Clear and very blonde color. Avery simple tasting beer well suited for a summer evening. This is worth doing again with a bit more distinct hopp. Maybe just a touch of Cascade in the last 10 minutes of the boil
