Brewed 4/23/17. 4/24/17 primary. First no chill, but did not adjust hop schedule. Ran out of 2 row and red wheat, filled with white wheat. Og 1.053, 13 brix. Bottled 5/16/17 added about 1 oz blueberry extract to bottling bucket. A slight hint of blueberry. Was more bitter than first witbier, maybe because of no chill? 6 brix Fg 1.006
