Special Instructions

1.
Mash in at 55 litres from 38 celsius whilst strike water rises to 63 celsius
2.
Hold at 63 celsius for 40mins
3.
Raise to 73 celsius and hold for 25mins
4.
Raise to 78 celsius and hold for 10mins
5.
Boil for 80mins to 52 litres circa 12 Plato/SG 1.048
6.
Add 50g of Tettnang hops 10mins into boil/70mins before end of boil for bittering
7.
Add 25g of Tettnang hops 70mins into boil/10mins before end of boil for aroma
8.
Chill to 12 celsius and pitch Saflager s23 yeast
9.
Ferment at 12 celsius for 3 to 4 days max to SG 1.008
10.
Refridgerate for 3 to 4 weeks at 5 celsius
