Brewed, chilled on 4/30/17, primary on 5/1/17. Reducing hops amount, same schedule. Mashed with kettle in oven, pre heated to 170 and reheated to 170 again half way. Lost 2 degree at end of mash. Squeezed bag at end of mash. Dunk sparged at 168 squeezed bag again. Check boil off rate, ended with 2.25 gallon post boil. Gravity 1.075. Will add water to get og. Total water 2.35 gallon, 1.054 og. Bottled 5/23/17. 1.85 gallon in bottling bucket. Primed for 2.1 volume. Used 1.23 oz corn sugar. 5.9 brix Fg 1.004 calculated
